Position/Role: Production Head ? Recycling (Plastic Scrap) Division

Qualifications: B. Tech (CIPET / Plastic Engineering Specialist, Mechanical Engineering)

Gender: Male/Female

Remuneration: INR 40,000 /- to 50,000 /- or as per the expertise.

Location: Ghaziabad, Dasna

Job Objective : To Manage Plastic Recycling Plant by Extrusion.

Reports to : MD

Location : Ghaziabad, dasana

Roles : Production Head for Recycling Plant (Plastic Scrap)

Responsibilities:

1. Regular supervision of the recycled material reprocessing operation in the plant. It

involves responsibility for maintenance teams and production managers while

working closely with logistics and admin teams to ensure that production goals are

achieved.

2. Implementing a scheduled preventive maintenance schedule, including a program of

on-site plant inspections & implementing & upgrading training framework for

production operators.

3. Provide training and development to team members to ensure they perform efficiently

and be responsible for motivating the teams, working closely with the team leaders.

4. Be responsible for maximizing production output across all departments and manage

production in line with quality standards and performance target

5. Recruiting of production operators and build production team.

Authorities:

? Overall Control and management of production unit

? Process development and managing the departments under Production Unit.

Accountabilities:

? Production Target Achievement with communicated OEE and less Rejection

? Reporting

Qualification & Experience:

1. B. Tech (CIPET / Plastic Engineering Specialist, Mechanical Engineering)

2. Good leadership skills to direct the development teams in a start-ups.

3. Digital and Analytics knowledge

4. Preventive Maintenance of Extrusion Machines and Auxiliaries.
