Expertise:
Production Planning & Control
Yearly, Monthly and daily production plan for the plant production, Plan/enhance the Capacity requirement, Daily and Monthly review of production output, Weekly review of raw and packaging material requirement, Control Plant Operations, manufacturing expenses and overheads.
Overseeing production related tasks including production, control, process & trouble shooting. Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guidelines for sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor (SOP).
Maintenance
Overall Preventive Maintenance of Plant Machinery & Utility Follow up it with down time.
Coaching employees & counseling, appraising, ensuring optimum performance.
Spare parts inventory.
Quality Control/ Assurance
Ensuring adherence to quality standards. Analyzing previous day rework/ rejection & take corrective actions and maintaining all related documents.
Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system.
Handling quality assurance activities, audits, feedback improvements, customer claims etc.
Man Management
Assessing the training needs of the various employees in co-ordination with the various department heads in the respective departments.
Coaching employees & counseling, appraising, ensuring optimum performance
Job Profile
Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs With Key Focus on spares availability and root cause analysis
Preparing maintenance plans/schedules for reducing machinery downtime to minimum For ensuring smooth production
Process improvement to get increased productivity.
To monitor and control the Production process

Process setting for critical moulds.
Injection machine utilities trouble shooting, preventive and schedule maintenance and minimizing its breakdown.
Production plan and reports, processes, pre-form quality and man power documentation.
Training to new recruited trainees and skill up gradation of down the line staff
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: -
8-12 years experience in injection molding processing; CIPET or Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on PET processing desirable. Must have comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of injection molding process, machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment. Knowledge of ISO standards, SPC, TQM, and GMP's is highly desirable. Experience on CCM closure machine will be added advantage.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Must have operating knowledge about Shibaura ,Milacron , Husky and Sacmi Injection molding machine
Must have processing knowledge for plastic Raw material like PET, PP, HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE.
Must have operating knowledge about hot runner moulds like YUDO, MOULD MASTER, and HUSKY, SACMI and location hot runners.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts.
Ability to take a systematic approach to process optimization and problem solving
Extensive hands-on experience with the entire injection molding process should be familiar with machinery up to capacity of 300 tons.
Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills; some knowledge of PC based computer software such as MS Word 6.0, Excel 5.0, and program management software
Ready to relocate.
