1. Design new mold for injection & over molding for renewal or new product launching, in cooperate with product design & global ME. Follows Product Development Procedure and make sure tooling development on right way

2. Leads new mold build up & quality verification

3. Continue improvement for quality up, productivity up by apply new technology to current mold die 

4. Work with mold maker in case making mold at vendor

5. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:

o6S & KAIZEN

oEnvironmental Health Safety

oEICC & Social Responsibility

oProtection of company assets
