1. Education Qualification – CIPET, Diploma holder in Plastic / Mechanical / Electrical

engineering

2. Experience: Minimum 10 Years in

operation and PET in organization  like Saraswati agro , Mullackal Polymer, Navkar Blow

Pack , SSF Plastic, Manju Shree etc

3. Job profile:

• He should be able to handle EBM, Co-extrusion blow moulding machine (Four

layer) independently, ISBM, PET & Injection Moulding.

• Having Experience in manufacturing bottles from 50ml – 20 ltr

• Shall be proficient in m/c processing parameters and trouble shooting of all kind

of process related defect  and ensure no defect in effective production

• Shall manage OEE (Overall equipment efficiency) effectively as per target for

production and quality.

• He shall maintain the record of production and rejection.

• He shall do analysis of rejection, shall have target of reducing the repeating

nature of rejection.

• He shall be expert in problem handling (Finding proper root cause analysis and

taking correct action)

• He shall manage the 5 ‘S of machine and shop floor properly

• He shall schedule the preventive maintenance (Daily, fortnightly, monthly, 6-

monthly and yearly)  as per OEM guide line and comply the same religiously

• He should be good in verbal and written communication

• He shall be fixing targets for improvement projects and carry out that

successfully
