Qualification Diploma in Plastic and mould technology or equivalent.
CTC 7 LPA
Job Description:
1. Handling Plastics Injection Moulds, PDC tools maintenance, Preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance activity at Supplier End.
2. Responsible for coordinating with Engineering team for determining the design feasibility, Mould flow analysis, DFM rear-view, conducting feasibility study for new & Repeat tooling.
3. Solve the problem preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection moulds.
4. Value engineering activities for process cycle time reduction, material, and extra manpower cost savings.
5. Conducting Mould feasibility study, Inspection ,trails at supplier?s ends for Outsourced, new & Repeat tooling.
6. Analysing breakdown with action plan & root cause for supplier End tools.
7. Tooling Management, Estimation ,RFQ costing for tooling?s for various supplier?s based on Project.
8. Maintaining Spare parts of mould,
9. Involvement in KAIZEN, Cycle time reduction Activities
