·  Able to guide & control entire production team such as Shift supervisor, Process Engineer & Mold/ Robot setter, Production planner etc.
·  Experience as Production Incharge for Pail & Rigid packaging,
·  Strong technical background for Injection molding machine & In mold label Robot,
·  Hands on experience for Plastic processing, Robot & Mold set up with ENGEL & Milacron machine & IML robot.
·  Dynamic & Result oriented team leader,
