We are having an opening as per below details - 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Testing of all Grades.

2. Quality Check of Incoming material and to ensure that only accepted materials are issued for production.

3. To execute the Production Plan as per given schedule.

4. To coordinate with store for on time requisition of material as desired.

5. Online quality control and record any quality issue for immediate rectification.

6. Inspection of Inward raw material.

7. Inspection of outward Material.

8. Inspection of running production.

9. Strictly follow the quality norms/ specification which meet the vendor requirement.

10. To maintain daily Production and Quality Report and sharing with Management.

11. Responsible for maintenance and calibration of lab Equipment.

Testing Machine Handled:-

1. UTM

2. Melt Flow Index

3. Impact Tester

4. Hot air Oven

5. Muffle Furnace

6. Digital Weigh balance

7. Master batch
