Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Designation: Production Manager
JOB OBJECTIVE (S)
Maintain 5S environment and take care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures.
Responsible for execution of production requirements along with product quality and delivery timeliness - Maintaining machine efficiency, productivity, yield as per the targets set.
Able to handle all shift operations like trouble shooting, mould changes, colour changes, manpower handling, rejection control with optimum utilization of resources
Responsible for performing moulding operations, and optimization of moulding parameters. Troubleshoot and adjust moulding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output.
Responsible for formulating technical standards for the moulding process, improvement of the production process, improvement of product performance and structure, including the compilation of process instructions.
Perform problem solving, corrective actions, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Maintain process parameter control for every machine and mould setups.
Prepare process documents such as standard parameters, Work Instructions.
Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with production, come up with Root cause analysis and improvement plans.
Lead and train team supervisor in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, machinery maintenance and continuous improvement.
Shift Hours : 8 Hours
Working Days : 6 Days
