We are having an openings for Quality Manager for our plant in sonipat, haryana.

Experience- 5 to 10 years

Qualification - Diploma in Plastics technology from CIPET

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

To ensure testing and inspection activities for incoming in process and outgoing materials.

2. To ensure calibration of all instrument and gauges used in the laboratory.

3. Corrective action on internal/ external rejection and customer complaints and its implementation.

4. To ensure measurement system analysis (MSA).

5. To provide all support to build reliability into production process.

6. To assist operation Manager in upgrading operatjons/ process technologies for better quality of

product.

7. To improve line process capability.

8. All QA related documentation, APQP.

9. Final disposal of Non conformity Material.

10. To maintain the SS on the shop floor.

11. Maintenance of Lab Equipment and Control Breakages.

12. To do the analysis for the repeated nature of problems in the components through tools like Pareto analysis.

13. Maintain all test reports for material received at site and delivered at the Client end.

14. To strictly follow the quality norms/ specification to meet the Vendor Requirement

15. To find the relevant acceptance parameters and ensure maintenance of test and inspection records of product & process, incoming Material.

Testing Machine Handled:-

1. UTM

2. Melt Flow Index

3. Impact Tester

4. Hot air Oven

5. Muffle Furnace

6. Digital Weigh balance
