Your Role:

Define and maintain QC parameters as per product standards.

Ensure positive release of products and calibration of monitoring equipment.

Coordinate with external QC agencies and handle customer complaints.

Drive continuous improvement through customer assessments and corrective actions.

Conduct customer audits to minimize complaints and improve ratings.

Lead new part development and handle PPAP documentation.

Support production management and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of experience in injection molding (cooler/washing machine/electrical parts/automobile industry).

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Expertise in ISO documentation and IATF standards.

Educational background in DPT/DPMT, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
